Vintage L.G. Wright Colonial Blue Daisy & Button Covered Butter Dish - Sawtooth

Beautiful vintage mid-century blue glass covered butter / cheese dish in the popular Daisy & Button with Star & File pattern!

This is the bright electric peacock / colonial blue color that was made by Fenton Art Glass for L.G. Wright Glass Co. in the 1970s as a reproduction of the antique EAPG pattern.

Features:

• Dome lid with faceted diamond finial

• Starburst / Daisy Button medallions, fan and thumbprint panels

• Sawtooth scalloped edge on base plate

• Gorgeous transparent blue that glows in light - perfect for cottage, farmhouse, retro kitchen

Use as a butter dish, cheese dome, candy dish, or trinket box.

Measurements (from photos with ruler):

• Base: approx. 7" - 7.5" square / wide across sawtooth points

• Height with dome lid: approx. 4.75" - 5" tall to top of finial

• Inside butter area: approx. 4.5" - 5" round

Condition:

Excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no repairs. Lid sits nicely. Glass is bright and shiny with no cloudiness. A few tiny bubbles / mold marks from manufacturing - normal for pressed glass. Light storage dust - will wash up beautifully. See all close-up photos - they are part of description.
