This is a VINTAGE Italian Raviolamp 24 count Ravioli press maker. It is not light weight aluminum that you think of as today's aluminum. This is heavier, weighing it at 1 3/4 lbs. on its own. It is stamped ITALY on the back of the handle and has little feet on all sides to keep it stable and stationary while filling and rolling your pasta. It features the classic scalloped ravioli edge that Italian style ravioli is known for. If you don't have the ability to roll and make your own pasta - there are many uses for this other than ravioli. Use to organize jewelry (earrings and rings), use to serve chocolates or separate colored candies. Use as a coin separator when you get change to keep organized for rolling that spare change.
