This item is a vintage Blue Willow patterned three-compartment divided grill plate, traditionally used as restaurant ware or a "blue plate special" diner dish.
The maker's mark from The Sterling China Co. in East Liverpool, Ohio. Known for producing heavy-duty hotel and restaurant ware, the company used this specific "vitrified" logo to indicate that the ceramic was fired at high temperatures to make it non-porous and highly durable.
